Refund policy
We understand that it can be challenging to purchase cosmetics online, so we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or store credits for whatever reason!
To start a return, exchange or store credit, please contact us at our contact page. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at our contact page..
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives to you damaged or incorrect, we do request photos, emailed to us at info@starlightvintagecosmetics.com. At that point, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
As we are a small business, please note we are only able to provide exchanges once per item purchased, or provide refunds or store credits once the item has been exchanged.
Cancellations
We will absolutely try our best to honor any cancellation requests, please noting that if the item has already shipped, we will provide you with next steps on returns, exchanges or store credits once you have received the item.
