- How do I join?
Joining is free! Simply create a Starlight account, and you'll automatically become a member of The Starlight Society. You'll begin earning Stars with eligible purchases right away.
- Do Stars expire?
No they don't! We want you to enjoy collecting Stars at your own pace, so your Stars currently do not expire.
- Can I combine rewards?
To keep our rewards program fair for everyone, Star rewards cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes unless otherwise stated.
- What happens if I return an order?
If an order is refunded, any Stars earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. If you redeemed a reward on the purchase, it may also be adjusted according to our return policy.
- Can I transfer Stars to another account?
Stars are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account that earned them.
